LEGWORK TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account, accessing, or using the LegWork platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, district, or sports club, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. AUTHORIZED USE & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Account creation is restricted exclusively to coaches, athletic directors, administrative personnel, and authorized team representatives.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. STUDENT ACCESS & BROADCAST-ONLY COMMUNICATION
Prohibition of Student Accounts: LegWork is an administrative operations portal. Accounts may not be generated for or assigned to minor student-athletes.
Communication Rules: All outgoing communications (SMS, notifications, email updates) sent via LegWork must remain strictly administrative, operational, and non-personal.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the LegWork software, interface, branding, workflows, and proprietary features belong exclusively to JAO Holdings, LLC.

5. SMS & COMMUNICATIONS NOTICE (TCPA COMPLIANCE)
By providing phone numbers for operational broadcasts, team administrators certify that they have obtained appropriate consent from adult recipients (coaches, parents, staff) to receive transactional notifications regarding practice updates, game changes, and team announcements. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LegWork is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. JAO Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from schedule changes, athletic injury tracking, equipment displacement, or system downtime.
